All Packed Up

I used a box that REI gave me for free to put everything in and I will be carrying a small bag and my helmet with me. After the camera stopped rolling I taped it up real good and wrote my blog in big letters so that people watching luggage get loaded will say "what is that big box? Oh look a website for me to have my questions answered."

Best Card Ever!

Samara gave me this card wishing me good luck on my ride. She is the greatest. The card features Leonardo riding a pizza bike (looks tastey), Super Mario on his green shell bike (great for running over gombas), a wizard ridding on two D-20's (great for playing D and D on the road), and Optimus Prime ridding a transformer disguised as a bike (great for fighting Decepticons).

Gladiator and I Are Blessed

Today at church I told the congregation about my trip and then my Sunday School class came up and blessed me and my bike.





A special thank you to all the great people at John Wesley United Methodist Church in Falmouth for all your well wishes and donations I already received for World Bicycle Relief. I love being a part of this church and look forward to seeing you all in the fall!
